Consumer Confidence Report
Deposits are required for anybody renting a home.
Water Deposit is $125.00
Gas Deposit is $125.00
Bills are due on the 10th of every month unless the 10th falls on the weekend or a holiday in which case they are due the first business day after the 10th.
Trash is picked up once a week, you are allowed 4 trash cans or you can buy a dumpster from the town, payment options are available with a dumpster. Utilities included in your town bill are water, sewer, gas, and trash.
